Paloma

Quick Facts

Cocktail History

The Paloma, also known as “the working man’s drink”, is a tequila-based cocktail. Palomas are the perfect way to spice up any night with friends! This cool, refreshing staple of Mexico has been enjoyed for centuries, but it’s only recently become known outside of its traditional home. Its bright, tangy taste is the result of a unique combination of tequila, lime juice, and grapefruit soda – a creative cocktail sure to please most palates! Palomas have a long and proud tradition but they’re just as great for modern-day adventures in mixology. Make sure you pick one up at your next gathering – it’s well worth it! For those that don’t know, Paloma is the Spanish word for “dove.”
