Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1Â Thickly Sliced Orange wheel
- Club soda, to top
- Garnish:Â Thyme Sprig & Orange Whee
Cocktail Preparation
Lightly muddle the orange wheel at the bottom of a mixing glass and then squeeze the lemon juice into the glass. Add the vodka, Aperol, and orange juice, and fill with large ice cubes. Top with the club soda and gently stir to combine. Garnish with thyme sprigs and orange wheels. Serve in a Collins glass, and garnish each glass with a thyme sprig and orange wheel.
