Give a classic manhattan a wintry twist with Pedro ximénez Sherry, which adds fragrant raisin notes to the drink and a bit of sophistication. The Sherry Manhattan cocktail is typically made with sweet vermouth, but this version uses dry vermouth, which balances out the sweetness of the sherry.
