Cocktail History

If you are looking for another summer drink to add to your cocktail portfolio, this is the perfect addition. The Sea Breeze cocktail contains vodka, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice, making it light and refreshing – the perfect drink to relax with at the beach. The drink dates back to the 1920s near the end of the prohibition era and was initially made using gin, apricot brandy, grenadine, and lemon juice. It wasn’t until the 1970s, after many iterations and inspiration from the Cape Cod, that the Sea Breeze became a popular drink.
