One Last Midnight
Cocktail History
In this spirit-forward drink, the One Last Midnight cocktail, a take on a rum Manhattan, was created by Meaghan Dorman, the bar director of Dear Irving in New York City. Two Italian sweet vermouths—one rich and lush, one more bitter and nearly amaro-like—combine to great effect. This recipe originally appeared in “Split Your Vermouth to Make the Best Cocktails. Here’s Why.†The One Last Midnight was brought to you by the folks at Liqour.com.
