Mucho Grande

Ingredients

A delicious cocktail recipe for the Mucho Grande cocktail with Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Caramel Syrup, Egg white, Aperol, Tequila and other ingredients. The drink was invented by Tom Wood from Hugo’s Pizza Bar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1/4 oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Caramel Syrup
  • Dash Egg white
  • Garnish: Orange Twist & Cherry

PREPARATION

Add all the ingredients including the egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20-30 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist and a cherry and serve.
