Irish Paloma

Quick Facts

Cocktail History

It doesn’t need to be Cinco de Mayo for you to enjoy a refreshing Paloma. This Jameson (or any Irish Whiskey) take on a favorite, known as the Irish Paloma, originates from a San Diego bartender in Barrio Logan. The Irish Paloma is an ideal cocktail for invoking summer vibes and beachy feelings.

  • 1 part Jameson (Irish Whiskey)
  • 0.5 parts Lime Juice
  • 4 parts Citrus Soda
  • Chamoy & Tajin Rim

Cocktail Preparation

Rim cocktail glass with Chamoy & Tajin. In a separate mixing glass add Irish Whiskey, lime juice, and ice. Shake and then strain into a cocktail glass over ice. Top with the citrus soda and enjoy!
