- 1 1/2 oz Gold Rum
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- Garnish: Pineapple Wedge or leaf
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20-30 seconds or until chilled. Strain over a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a pineapple leaf. Enjoy!
