Try this twist on a classic margarita with a ginger punch. The recipe comes from Spice Market, a South-east Asian restaurant in the W Hotel.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1/2 ozCointreau
- Garnish: Lime Slice
PREPARATION
Rim a rocks glass with ginger salt. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into the prepared glass, garnish with a slice of lime.
