Gin Fizz

Ingredients

The gin fizz is a classic mixed and best-known cocktail in the “fizz” family. It is very light in flavor with sour citrus notes. The fizz became widely popular in America between 1900 and the 1940s. Known as a hometown specialty of New Orleans, the gin fizz was so popular that bars would employ teams of bartenders that would take turns shaking the drinks. The gin fizz is similar to a Tom Collins but with a creaminess froth on top.

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • 1/2 oz Egg White
