If a Negroni and aÂ GinÂ Sour were to come together, you would have on your hand an Enzoni cocktail. An ideal drink to introduce a novice toÂ Campari! The cocktail was first created by Vincenzo Errico while bartending at Milk & Honey, NYC. It just so happens that Vincenzo was trained by the legendary Dick Bradsell who create the Espresso Martini.
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 5 White Grapes
First, muddle the grapes in your cocktail shaker before adding all the other ingredients. Shake with ice for 20-30 seconds or until chilled. Strain over a fresh ice cube in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with skewered grapes, serve and enjoy!
