The easiest cocktails to make are when we take favorite daily drinks and spike them with alcohol, which is what you get when you spike your coconut water with Rum (preferably Diplomatico Blanco) for a slightly more virtuous cocktail.
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Water
- Squeezed Lime
- Garnish: Mint Sprig & Lime Wedge
Put the rum into a tall glass filled with ice, top with coconut water and squeeze in a lime wedge. Serve with another lime wedge and a sprig of mint for garnish.
