The Blind Pilot cocktail is a fantastic spin on the popular Bourbon Manhattan that features the alluring golden vanilla liqueur Galliano L’Autentico. The result is a complex cocktail with notes of vanilla, chocolate, and orange. It is an easy cocktail to make, requiring only three ingredients, yet the taste is complex and rather fascinating. Ingredients
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Galliano Liqueur
Cocktail Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a glass, add ice, stir vigorously for 30 seconds, strain through mesh into a chilled cocktail glass (traditionally one with a stem, but it’s quarantine I’m winging it)
