Cocktail History
The Bay Breeze is a cocktail that refers to the Cape Cod as its base – the only difference is the addition of pineapple juice. The drink is also sometimes called a Downeaster, Hawaiian Sea Breeze, or a Paul Joseph. Its sister cocktail is the Sea Breeze which substitutes the pineapple juice for grapefruit juice. Either concoction is a great beach cocktail. Upgrade your vodka cranberry with this Bay Breeze recipe!
Ingredients
- 1.5-2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- Garnish: Pineapple Wedge
Cocktail Preparation
Gather all the ingredients and add to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds or until chilled. In a highball glass or cocktail glass with ice, strain contents and garnish. Enjoy!
