Cocktail History

The Barracuda is a cocktail based on Gold rum, Galliano liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and topped with Prosecco. It first came into existence in the 1970s when it appeared in Stanley Jones’ cocktail book titled Jones’ Complete Barguide. The Barracuda cocktail is an old classic in the history of mixology, one of those old-fashioned, simple, aromatic, and velvety sparkling drinks.
